Dutch Oven Pizza

Ingredients
1 (6.5-ounce) package Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust Mix 1/2 cup hot water 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1/2 cup Traditional Pizza Sauce 1 cup Finely Shredded Pizza Style Cheese 1/2 cup Large Olives, sliced Pepperoni, for topping 1 large green bell pepper, chopped Fresh basil, for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Combine pizza crust mix and water in a large mixing bowl, and stir until combined. Coat dough lightly with oil, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Sprinkle bottom of Dutch oven with cornmeal and press dough gently on top.
- Top dough with pizza sauce leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with olives, pepperoni and peppers.
- Bake until dough is golden-brown and cheese is bubbling, about 12-15 minutes. Garnish with basil and serve.
